HELPDESK

The Helpdesk module introduces a new platform for streamlined technical assistance. It allows end users, customers, partners, distributors, and administrators to report, receive, and provide support for product-related issues. This module also features a dashboard that enables users to track the progress of all their tickets in real time.

The Helpdesk module is divided into the following submodules:

1. Dashboard - Provides an overview of ticket statuses and key metrics.
2. Support - Facilitates the creation and management of support requests.
3. My Tickets - Allows users to view and manage their submitted tickets.
4. Configurations - Enables administrators to customize the settings and workflows for helpdesk operations.
